NDIS
We have highly experienced therapists who are committed to helping you get the most out of your NDIS plan, providing both top quality treatment and care. We are currently able to offer our services to those with self-managed and plan-managed funding.
Home Care
We offer our services and assistance to clients in their place of residence, whether that be at their home or aged care facility. We will work with your coordinator or manager to ensure you get the best care and achieve your goals. Working together to make meaningful connections and maintain independence is what FxT is all about.
Private HealthFund
We accept all private health insurance providers and are able to provide you with all the relevant documentation to be claimed through your respective provider following the consultation.
DVA and EPC
It is an honour to serve patients covered under the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Scheme. If you have a Repatriation Health Card (Gold or White Card), DVA will fund the services available through DVA arrangements that meet your clinical needs. To see us under the The Chronic Disease Management (formerly Enhanced Primary Care or EPC) you will need a GP referral. Please bring this referral to your appointment.
WorkCover and CTP
Our health practitioners are registered with SIRA and are highly experienced in working with injured clients under the NSW Workers Compensation System. We provide a variety of options from manual therapy to exercise-based rehab with the goal of returning to pre-injury function and full working duties as soon as possible. By maintaining communication with all parties and providing a complete service we will ensure you reach your optimum recovery.
